Mustache Pete is a local artist with a great appreciation of mustaches and mustache culture. Born and raised in the small stomping grounds of Arroyo Grande, California, where the town motto is “Nice Town, Normal People… And Then There’s Pete.” With a childhood full of drawing cartoons, Pete has taken the style to canvas nearly 27 years later and infused the theme of his dapper whiskers to birth forth some Saturday-Morning-Cartoon-meets-Pop-Art motif. Inspired by his grandad’s mustache, he has worn his own as a badge of family honor and tradition for the past 4 years and often uses it to help out causes and fundraisers, such as Movember.
